Processing Time
- Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time!
- The time it takes to fill an order varies between 1-14 business days (Monday-Friday). After we ship the package, it is in the hands of USPS/DHL/UPS who will be delivering your item at the shipping rate you selected.
Shipping

We cannot 100% guarantee any specific delivery dates.
- The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, processing begins immediately and we may not be able to cancel your order if it's already been packed.
- If your order gets redirected back to us due to an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at hello@bobbiegoods.com. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

Route Package Protection is an added layer of protection to your order which insures replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. By unselecting it, you are opting out of this premium feature.

Without Route Package Protection, items marked “delivered” by the postal service are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.

We do not assume responsibility for orders shipped using international freight forwarders. We cannot assist with lost, damaged, or undelivered items at any point in transit. We will not provide any additional shipping information or documentation beyond what is included with your order. By choosing this shipping method, you accept full responsibility for any issues that may arise during transit.
Customs and Import Taxes
- The customer is responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. These fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
- At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- We can only attempt to make changes within 24 hours of purchase – this includes order cancellations and address changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, processing begins immediately and we may not be able to cancel your order if it's already been packed.
- We cannot combine separate orders.
- Please reach out to us within 60 days from your order date to resolve any issues with your order. We will not be able to assist you outside this window.
Pricing & Promotions
- Prices, discounts, and promotions (including sales, bundles, or special offers) are subject to change at any time. Orders placed before a sale, promotion or price change are not eligible for price adjustments, partial refunds, or retroactive discounts.
Product Details & Improvements

Please note that some natural variation in paper texture and finish is to be expected. Because paper is a natural product, results may vary especially when using wet or heavily saturated inks. These differences are normal and part of the paper’s natural character, and refunds cannot be issued for these variations.
- Changes to paper and other materials may occur as we continue to improve and refine our products.
Order Limit
- As of January 2024, there is a limit of 6 coloring books per customer. Any order exceeding 6 coloring books will be adjusted or cancelled.
