Processing Time
- Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time!
- The time it takes to fill an order varies between 1-14 business days (Monday-Friday). The shipping carrier will take it from there. We have no control over the shipping speed as soon as the package is out of our hands.
Shipping
- Items marked “delivered” by the USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.
- The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and we may not be able to change it.
- If your order gets redirected back to us due to an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at hello@bobbiegoods.com. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment shipping fees.
Customs and Import Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are unable to predict what these fees may be.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
- At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If you'd like to cancel your order, contact us right away. we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, processing begins immediately and we may not be able to cancel your order if it's already been packed.
